Right of Withdrawal
How eligible customers can exercise the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract.
Effective August 9, 2026
Cancellation and withdrawal are different
Cancelling a subscription stops a future renewal. A statutory withdrawal concerns the contract itself and follows the rules below.
1. Who may exercise this right
This notice applies when mandatory law gives you a right to withdraw from a distance contract. Under Polish law this generally includes a consumer and may also include a natural person entering into a contract directly connected with their business where that contract is not professional in character for them (an "Eligible Customer"). More favourable mandatory rules of the country where you habitually reside remain applicable. This extension applies only to the rights and extent provided by mandatory law.
2. Fourteen-day period
An Eligible Customer generally has 14 days from conclusion of a distance contract to withdraw without giving a reason. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the withdrawal statement before the 14-day period expires.
Cancelling renewal and withdrawing from a contract are different actions. Cancellation normally prevents a future renewal. Withdrawal reverses the relevant contract subject to applicable law. A seven-day trial does not replace or shorten the statutory withdrawal period.
3. How to withdraw
Send an unequivocal statement that you withdraw from the identified contract to the seller shown during checkout.
If Mateusz Trojański MagmaCore is the seller, send it:
- by e-mail to tablecore.dev@gmail.com; or
- by post to Mateusz Trojański MagmaCore, ul. Kaliska 36 lok. 33, 56-500 Syców, Poland.
You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. If you send the statement electronically to MagmaCore, we will promptly confirm its receipt by e-mail or another durable medium.
If checkout identifies Link, Stripe or another merchant of record as the seller — including where it displays "Sold through Link" — use the withdrawal or transaction-support channel in that provider's checkout terms or confirmation. You may also contact MagmaCore and we will help identify the responsible seller, but a message to us does not replace delivery to a different seller where the law or that transaction requires it.
4. Effects of withdrawal
Where MagmaCore is the seller, we will return payments covered by the withdrawal without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the statement, using the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and subject to the deductions permitted by law. Where another entity is the seller or merchant of record, it processes the refund under mandatory law and its transaction terms.
5. Performance started during the withdrawal period
Access to an account, trial or subscription during the first 14 days does not by itself eliminate the right of withdrawal.
For a service that you expressly ask to begin before the withdrawal period ends, the seller may be entitled, where the law allows, to a proportionate amount for performance supplied before withdrawal. The right is lost because of full performance only if all statutory conditions are met, including your prior express request and acknowledgement.
For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, such as a downloadable application, the right may be lost once supply begins only if, before supply, you expressly consent to immediate performance, acknowledge that this causes loss of the right of withdrawal, and receive the confirmation required by law. A general acceptance of the Terms, mere download, installation, use or trial activation is not treated by these Terms as a substitute for those separate statutory conditions.
If the checkout does not validly obtain a required request, consent, acknowledgement or confirmation, we do not rely on this section to claim that the statutory right was lost.
6. Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to use it. An unequivocal statement containing the same information is sufficient.
